1. Why did my photo upload fail?
Your photo may not meet the required minimum size.

  • Make sure your image is at least 512 × 512 pixels.

  • Low-resolution or corrupted files can also cause upload errors.

2. Why is my design taking so long to generate or showing an error?
This usually happens for one of two reasons:

  • Network Issues: A slow or unstable internet connection can interrupt the process. Please check your connection and try again.

  • High Server Load: During busy periods, design generation may be delayed. Wait a few moments and try again.

3. How can I improve design results?
For higher-quality outputs:

  • Take sharp, well-lit photos from a straight-on angle.

  • Make sure the entire space you want redesigned is captured in the frame.

4. Why is my design blurry or low quality?
Our system supports images up to 1024 × 1024 pixels. For the best results:

  • Use a clear, high-resolution photo with good lighting.

  • Avoid blurry, dark, or low-quality images.

  • Ensure important areas are visible and in focus.

5. Are my photos stored or shared?

No. Your photos are processed locally or securely on our servers and are not stored or shared after processing.

We do not access or retain your personal content — you stay in full control of your data.​
