Terms of Service

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation Words and phrases beginning with a capital letter have specific meanings as defined below. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

  • Application: The software program provided by the Company, downloaded by You onto any electronic device, called Decor AI.

  • Application Store: The digital marketplace operated by Apple Inc. where applications are distributed.

  • Affiliate: Any legal entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with another entity, where "control" means at least 50% ownership of voting shares or equity interests.

  • Company (also referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our"): Yspira Digital Limited, the owner and operator of the Service.

  • Free Trial: refers to a limited period of free access that may be offered before a paid subscription begins.

  • In-app Purchase: refers to the purchase of products, services, or subscriptions made within the Application, subject to these Terms and the Application Store’s policies.

  • Subscriptions: refer to the services or access provided by the Company on a recurring payment basis.

  • Device: Any hardware capable of accessing the Service, including smartphones, tablets, or similar equipment.

  • Service: The Application and all related functionality, content, and features.

  • Terms and Conditions (or "Terms"): This entire agreement governing Your access to and use of the Service.

  • Third-party Social Media Service: Any external platform, service, or content (including data, products, or services) provided by a third party and accessible via the Service.

  • You: The individual or legal entity using the Service, including anyone acting on their behalf.

Acknowledgment

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the Service. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance and agreement to comply with these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must stop using the Service immediately. By using the Service, You confirm that You are at least eighteen (18) years old; those under 18 are not permitted to access or use the Service. Please also review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.

Subscriptions
Subscription Period
Certain features of the Service require a paid Subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (daily, weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on the selected plan). Unless canceled by You, each Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms through the Application Store.

Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your Account settings in the Application Store. Payments already made are generally non-refundable; however, access will continue until the end of the current billing period, in accordance with the Application Store’s policies.

Billing
All payments and billing for Subscriptions and In-app Purchases are processed by the Application Store under its own terms and conditions. No alternative payment methods are available.

Fee Changes
Subscription prices are determined and managed through the Application Store. If fees change, the Application Store will provide notice as required by its policies. Continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the Application Store’s policies. Refunds for Subscriptions or In-app Purchases must be requested directly through the Application Store.

Free Trial
The Company may offer a Free Trial for a limited period. You may be required to provide billing information to begin the trial. No charges will be applied until the Free Trial ends, at which time the selected Subscription will automatically begin unless canceled through the Application Store. The Company may modify or discontinue Free Trial offers at any time.

Intellectual Property

All original content, design, features, and functionality of the Service—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and code—are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or transmitted without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of any trademarks or service marks displayed on the Service is strictly prohibited.

Links to Other Websites

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control or endorse any third-party content or policies and are not responsible for damages or losses caused by your use of such websites. Please review their terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe You have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to You under these Terms will cease, and You must stop using the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its Affiliates, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, personal injury, or privacy breaches—arising from your use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, liability will be limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations. Some exclusions may not apply if prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the applicable Country, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution

You agree to attempt informal resolution of any questions or disputes by contacting the Company before initiating legal action.

For EU Users

If You reside in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country will apply and cannot be waived.

U.S. Federal Government End Use

If You are a U.S. federal government end user, the Service qualifies as "Commercial Computer Software" under 48 C.F.R. § 2.101.

U.S. Legal Compliance

You confirm that (i) You are not located in a country subject to the U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" nation, and (ii) You are not listed on any U.S. government prohibited parties list.

Severability and Waiver

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the extent necessary to be enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain fully effective.

Waiver: No delay or failure to exercise a right under these Terms constitutes a waiver of that right.

Translation

These terms may be provided in multiple languages. In case of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
